Bangor-on-Dee Whitchurch Road Flooded
Whitchurch Road approaching the T junction with High Street.  The Presbyterian Church is the tall building on the left of the street.  Prior to the construction of the new bridge this road was the main thoroughfare which Whitchurch to Wrexham bound traffic used to approach the old bridge.  Apart from the chaos flooding caused to the inhabitants of the village transport was also severely disrupted by having to find alternative routes for crossing the river Dee.
